This week the challenge is all about things that are squiggly.
The Goal:
This week’s study is inspired by two side-by-side images that were once on the front page of ARTIST-AT-LARGE.
One of the two images was one that I took of a neighborhood fire and the flames and embers creating light streaks in the image, and the other one was of a tree in an exhibition announcement. Squiggly things, squiggly lines, squiggly objects, man made or in nature, squiggles in any form will be the solution to this challenge.
Images can be in color or black and white.
Read through the Learning To See description to make sure you get why and how you are doing the challenge. Make sure that the composition of your images are 100% about the challenge.
Always experiment with variations on the weekly theme within the subjects of the challenge – composition, contrast, shape, texture, colors, light, shadow, perspective, framing …
