The one thing I remember about Berlin is the light. I was there in early/mid April of 2005. The green was just starting to come out on the trees. There were cold sharp days with matching light that actually hurt my eyes it was so bright. I remember squinting a lot and looking for refuge.

Berlin is a massive city and one that I would like to go back to – with a better camera and more time to really explore.
