The site of Uxmal is completely different than that of Chichen-Itza. The landscape made me feel like I could easily be wandering around in my home state. As I was walking around, I kept thinking about what a trip it would be to have an ancient site like this in California.
This is another site that had so much symbology and architectural elements that I couldn’t help myself while taking images.
